Celestine P.

Celestine P. is an accomplished executive leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic technology, currently serving as an Executive Partner at Gartner since 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Information Officer at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative from 2018 to 2022, and held a position focused on Enterprise Data and Information Management at the Office of Management and Budget from 2009 to 2018. Celestine owned and served as the Chief Executive Officer of a subcontractor to IBM from 2003 to 2009. They are currently pursuing an MBA at Winthrop University, an MDIV at Howard University, and hold a BS from South Carolina State University.
