Changhua Li is a seasoned information technology expert and independent digital consultant, currently serving as a Senior Executive Partner at Gartner since 2014. They are also the founder of 尚参科技, and have authored the book 《心见：数智的秘密》。 Changhua earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Beijing University of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2007, and previously held positions including IT Director at Teach For China and Senior Manager at 中国国航, where they focused on information security management and quality management.
