Cheryl Doran

Cheryl Doran is an executive partner at Gartner, specializing in the public sector, and has built a reputation as a collaborative and engaging senior digital leader. Previously, Cheryl served as the Assistant Director of IT & Digital at Birmingham City Council, and led significant transformations at Northamptonshire County Council. With a strong background in implementing technology-driven solutions and fostering high-performing teams, Cheryl was recognized with multiple awards, including the Socitm Service Award for outstanding customer satisfaction.
