Chip Adams

Chip Adams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and client success. Currently, as Vice President of Global Talent Labs at Gartner since October 2019, Chip leads the company’s expert early career talent development program, focusing on rapid upskilling of professionals with two to four years of experience. Prior to Gartner, Chip held various leadership roles at ADP from August 2008 to October 2019, including Director of Research & Advisory Global Talent Labs and Client Success Executive. In these positions, Chip successfully drove strategic initiatives, cultivated trusted advisor relationships, and managed large teams to enhance client investment in HCM solutions. Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Taylor University and studied at Hong Kong Baptist University in 2005.
