CJ Giles has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Lead Skilled Assessor for Global Client Success at Gartner, Inc. since December 2013. Previous roles at Gartner included Manager of Campus Recruiting and Talent Assessment Lead. Prior to Gartner, CJ held leadership positions in student recruitment and admissions management at Sunstate Academy, Rasmussen College, and Southwest Florida College, overseeing teams and managing budgets. Early career experience includes roles as a Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter at Cass Information Systems and Staffing Supervisor at Corporate Business Systems. Additionally, CJ worked as a Morning Show Producer and On-air Personality at 92.3 WCOL - Clearchannel. CJ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Ohio University.
