Dan Stoneman

Dan Stoneman, PhD, serves as an Executive Partner at Gartner, advising CIOs and C-level executives on technology-driven business strategies since December 2018. Stoneman also contributes to the USC Rossier School of Education as an Online Adjunct Faculty member, teaching entrepreneurial leadership in education. Previous roles include mentoring at Nex Cubed, participation in the US Ignite Smart Gigabit Communities Steering Committee, and serving as Chief Innovation Officer for San Diego Unified, where significant improvements in IT efficiency and educational technology deployment were achieved. Stoneman's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions in information technology and innovation across various organizations, including Bridgepoint Education and LizardTech, along with co-founding an artificial intelligence company. Stoneman holds a BS in Electronic Engineering Technology, an MA in Psychology with a specialization in Executive Coaching, and a PhD in Organizational Psychology & Technology.
