Dan Yingst is an executive facilitator and strategic advisor who specializes in supporting CHROs and senior HR leaders as they navigate complex business challenges. With experience as a Principal and Senior Principal at Gartner, Dan leads advisory boards for senior HR leaders and produces research addressing emergent HR challenges. Previously, Dan held roles at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, focusing on data analysis and career services, and served as an Editorial Assistant at the Journal of Religion.
