Dave Penchansky

Dave Penchansky possesses extensive experience in global HR operations and recruiting strategy. Currently serving as Managing Vice President for Global HR Operations and for Global Recruiting Strategy, Analytics, Operations & DEI at Gartner, Dave has previously held the role of Vice President of Global Recruiting Strategy, Analytics & Enablement. Dave's earlier positions include Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Interpublic Group (IPG). Additional experience encompasses roles as Regional Sales Director at Bishops Services Inc. and Senior Account Executive for Enterprise Sales at Ladders. Dave earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, graduating in 2004, and attended Woodlands High School from 1996 to 2000.
