Divya Das is a Learning & Development Manager at Gartner with over 13 years of experience in leadership, learning, and organizational effectiveness. They have held significant roles at Ericsson as an L&D consultant and HR generalist, and at Matrix Cellular as an HR business partner, where they focused on process improvement and employee engagement. Currently, Divya serves as a Trustee for the Sanchari Foundation for Performing Arts, promoting Indian classical dance and other performing arts.
