Dr. Debbie Lynch

Dr. Debbie Lynch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as VP, Team Manager/Executive Partner in the CHRO Practice at Gartner, Dr. Lynch previously held roles as Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of HR for North America, Latin America, and the Medical Global Business Unit at Ansell. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. HR Director at Sanofi and HR Business Partner at Avaya. Dr. Lynch holds a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a certification in Professional/Executive/Life Coaching from iPEC Coaching.
