Dylan Wells is a Senior Business Development Director at Gartner for Finance Leaders, where they enable clients to leverage insights and tools to drive successful outcomes. Previously, they served in various roles within Gartner, achieving significant contributions and recognition, including being an Eagle Achiever and a back-to-back Gartner Winner Circle Achiever. Dylan has also gained experience in customer service and sales through roles at Amazon, Russell & Bromley Ltd, and Crown Motors, among others. They are currently pursuing an Economics degree at the University of Hertfordshire while holding A-Levels in Economics, Politics, and English Literature. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys being an avid Crystal Palace and Formula 1 fan, as well as learning new languages.
