Ella Yan

Ella Yan is a Senior Principal of Research at Gartner, currently analyzing and interpreting business problems through various qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Prior to this role, Ella held multiple positions at Gartner, progressing through Specialist and Senior Specialist roles. Ella's earlier experiences include serving as an Advocacy Board Representative and Peer Review Board Representative at USC, along with roles in student government and education. Ella earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Master’s degree in International Public Policy from UCL.
