Eric Goodness

Eric Goodness is currently a Distinguished VP Analyst at Gartner, where they focus on research and advisory services related to emerging technologies and trends. Their experience spans over two decades in research, product management, and marketing within the IT and outsourcing sectors. Prior to their current role, Eric held the position of Vice President at Gartner and contributed significantly to Nortel Networks and Bay Networks in various marketing and management capacities. They earned a degree in Economics from the University of Maine and continue their education through Boston University Corporate Education.
