Eric Humphrey

Eric Humphrey, MS, is a strategic Human Resources executive currently serving as an Executive Partner in the CHRO Practice at Gartner, where they drive business-impacting results through executive advisory and coaching. Previously, Eric was the Senior Vice President and CHRO at Froedtert Health, leading significant HR functions and initiatives that resulted in cost savings and improved efficiency. They have held various leadership roles in HR, focusing on organizational development and talent management, and have served on multiple boards, including the Exceedent Board and the Center for Healthcare Careers of Southeast Wisconsin. Eric has an academic background in Psychology, with a Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore, both of which they are currently pursuing.
