Eric Keller is a seasoned researcher and program leader with fifteen years of experience in managing complex public and non-profit initiatives. They have held roles such as Senior Manager for Research and Analysis at the Partnership for Public Service, where they executed high-visibility research on government management and improved the customer experience.
