Erin Khoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and technical leadership, currently serving as R&D Director Analyst - AI & Software at Gartner since August 2024. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager (AI UX) at Workato, where focus areas included AI Agents and human-computer UX, as well as a Technical Product/Programme Manager at Indeed.com, responsible for new product solutions and GPT commercialization among other key projects. Erin holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Limerick and a BSc in Physical and Biological Anthropology from UNSW, complemented by a background in mentoring and business development.
