Frank Blackstock

Frank Blackstock is currently a Client Director at Gartner, leveraging over thirty years of global expertise in supply chain and manufacturing leadership to assist executives in achieving their critical priorities. Previously, Frank held senior roles including Senior Vice President of Quality and Process Excellence at OptumHealth and Global Head of Supply Chain at CIBA Vision, where they led substantial operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Frank earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University.
