Grace L. Lee

Grace L. Lee, Ph.D. is an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and talent management leader with a strong focus on talent planning, performance management, selection, and assessment. Grace served as an Industrial/Organizational Psychology Consultant at The Timken Company from 2009 to 2011 and led major initiatives at Marriott International from 2018 to 2022, including global assessment and selection programs. Currently, Grace is the Director of HR Advisory focusing on Talent and Performance Management at Gartner, while also pursuing a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology at The University of Akron and a B.A. in Psychology, Criminology, and Criminal Justice at the University of Maryland College Park.
