Gregory Pavone, CPA, has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, currently serving as GVP and Head of Compensation at Gartner since August 2012. Prior roles include Managing VP and Global Head of Compensation and VP of Compensation & Benefits at Gartner, as well as positions at Deloitte Consulting as a Management Consultant and at Bank of New York Mellon as VP of Compensation. Gregory has also held managerial roles at AllianceBernstein, McCann Worldgroup, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where responsibilities included global compensation and international tax solutions. Gregory holds a degree from the University of Connecticut, earned between 1995 and 1999.
