Helen Ma is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources at Gartner since November 2022, Helen acts as an HR Business Partner for the Global Technology Sales and Global Services & Delivery teams in Japan. Prior to Gartner, Helen was an HR Business Partner at BMW Group Japan, providing support to associates and leadership, and before that, led the Talent function at Ogilvy Japan Group, where achievements included winning the Japan/Korea Gold for Best Culture in 2018. Experience also includes senior HR management roles in a renewable energy company and East West Consulting in Japan, alongside early career experience in IBM China. Helen holds a Master's degree in Social Information Science from Gunma University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature.
