Henk Brouwer is a seasoned professional in client success with extensive experience at Gartner since August 2012, where Henk currently serves as Vice President of Client Success, leading teams across the EMEA and APAC regions for High Tech clients. Henk has held various leadership roles within Gartner, including Senior Director and multiple director positions, focusing on client retention, operational excellence, and developing successful teams. Prior to Gartner, Henk worked as a Research Analyst at GfK Healthcare, where responsibilities included data analysis and market trend presentations. Henk holds a BA in Management Studies with German from the University of Nottingham and has A-levels in Information Technology, German, and Economics from Reading Blue Coat School.
