Currently serving as an Associate Director of Process Excellence at Gartner, James previously held roles such as Sr Manager of Continuous Improvement at Kaseya and Manager at Datto, where they significantly increased efficiency and achieved multimillion-dollar savings. With a background in video production, James started their career as a freelancer and has applied their skills in various operational roles to solve complex challenges and drive transformational change across organizations. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Film & Cinematography Studies from Gettysburg College.
