James Plath

James Plath is a Senior Partner at Gartner Consulting, currently leading the "AI Accelerator" program, which focuses on transforming client operations and enhancing value creation. They previously held various roles, including Network Manager at Teachers College Library, where they built the library's first web presence, and Principal at The North Highland Company, where they contributed to the growth of the San Francisco office in digital services. Additionally, James served as a Partner at Gartner, guiding clients in North America through digital transformations and helping financial services firms navigate technological changes while at IBM. They earned a BA in Comparative Religion and History from the University of Rochester and have completed advanced studies in Business and Technology Strategy at Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management.
