Jarrod Patterson is an experienced Head of Human Resources with a strong background in the Consumer Goods, Industrial, and Tech sectors across the Asia Pacific region. They served as the Head of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand at Henkel Corporation from 2007 to 2022, overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and acting as HR Business Partner for various divisions in the APAC region. Currently, Jarrod holds the position of Human Resources Director for Australia and New Zealand at Gartner. In addition to their extensive professional experience, Jarrod is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development at La Trobe University.
