JC Martel, PhD, is currently a Senior Director at Gartner, where they guide enterprise transformation through data-driven insights in AI and analytics. With a strong foundation in data science and machine learning, JC has built and led initiatives across various organizations, including Tyler Technologies and Imperial PFS, where they developed AI solutions that greatly enhanced operational efficiencies. JC's previous roles also include serving as a Data Scientist for the City of Kansas City, MO, and managing programs at Resource Central. They hold a doctorate from the University of Kansas and have taught graduate courses in information systems and business analytics as an adjunct professor.
