Jeff Olson

Jeff Olson is an experienced telecommunications and unified communications professional with a robust background in managing global environments. Currently serving as Director at Gartner since April 2007, Jeff leads the vision, strategy, implementation, and support of a unified communications framework for 15,000 employees across 70 offices in 27 countries. Key achievements include developing regional infrastructure standards for quick office deployments, managing vendor relationships in the Americas and APAC, and integrating advanced voice and video systems during mergers. Prior experience includes roles as Telecommunications Engineer at Mortgage Lenders Network, where Jeff implemented Cisco IPT environments and designed multi-site call centers, and as Network Engineer at Black Box Network Services with a focus on supporting extensive networks.
