Jenn Onofrio

Jenn Onofrio is a Managing Partner at Gartner, specializing in large-scale transformations focused on organizational redesign and business process optimization. With a background as an Expert in the Public Sector at McKinsey & Company and a White House Fellow for the Secretary of the Navy, they are a tech evangelist committed to promoting the public good across various sectors. Jenn has also worked in roles such as a Job Readiness Instructor at Rikers Island and a General Manager at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where they applied their expertise in strategy, project management, and data-driven operations. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at New School University and hold a Master of Public Administration from Princeton University.
