Jenna Burns

Jenna Burns is an accomplished professional with a strong background in information systems and operations management. With experience as a Services Leadership Program Intern at Gartner, Jenna executed a lean diagnostic to enhance business processes and proposed CRM software updates, culminating in the establishment of an innovation team. Jenna's internship roles at Cross Country Healthcare and Deloitte involved supporting IT and financial advisory efforts. As Vice President of Treasury for the University of Florida Association for Information Systems, Jenna implemented financial procedures and contributed to the organization receiving international recognition for fiscal responsibility. Demonstrating leadership as President of the organization, Jenna managed operations and community engagement initiatives. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Florida.
