Jessica Koppel

Jessica Koppel is the Associate Director of Global Client Success Operations at Gartner, where they have advanced through various roles, including Senior Manager and New Client Engagement Specialist. They began their career as an Administrative Assistant Customer Service Specialist at Empresa de Saneamento de Mato Grosso do Sul SA- Sanesul from 2006 to 2010. Jessica earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Universidade Anhanguera Uniderp and later an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Norwalk Community College.
