Joanne Kugler

Joanne Kugler is a senior executive CIO with over 35 years of experience, primarily at GE, where they focused on organizational and business transformation through cultural change and technology enhancements. They led the Lean, Quality, and Innovation initiatives for GE’s Global Shared Service Organization, achieving $10.3 million in savings. Previously, as CIO of GE's Power and Water Business, Joanne directed a global team and managed a budget exceeding $300 million, enhancing productivity by 10% year over year. Joanne holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Cornell University and has been actively involved in diversity initiatives, notably developing the GE Girl's Program to promote STEM education. Currently, they serve as VP Executive Partner at Gartner.
