Junling Liu

Junling Liu is currently the Team Manager for Client Success at Gartner, where they manage the client success team supporting the GTP Standard service for the APAC region since 2022. Previously, Junling served in various roles at Gartner, including Senior Client Success Manager and Client Success Manager, where they engaged with senior and C-level executives to enhance client value and retention. Junling also completed an internship as an End User Dashboard Intern at BHP Billiton in 2016 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the National University of Singapore in 2017.
