Kate Dees

Kate Dees has a diverse professional background with significant experience in program management and project coordination. From January 2019 to July 2021, Kate held several key positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, including Program Director of 21st Century Grants and Senior Program Specialist. Afterward, Kate transitioned to Five & Done as an Associate Producer from July 2021 to July 2024, followed by a role as Project Manager at Gartner starting in August 2024. Earlier experience includes working as a Sales Associate and Omni-Agent Specialist at Fabletics from September 2019 to August 2021. Kate Dees completed a degree at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2014.
