Kate Kenney is a strategic leader with extensive experience in marketing, insights and analytics, and customer experience, having worked at Citi and as a management consultant at Monitor Group and FutureBrand. They have held various roles at Citi, including Director of Global Customer Experience and Managing Director of Operations & Strategy, where they focused on implementing data-driven strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Currently, Kate serves as Vice President of Global Retention Programs at Gartner while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts at Dartmouth College and an MBA at Columbia Business School.
