Katelyn Powell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and event planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Project Management at Gartner since June 2012, Katelyn focuses on identifying new business opportunities and developing standard operating procedures. Prior roles at Gartner include Director and Manager of Global Strategic Operations, where Katelyn successfully developed sales programs for the global conference portfolio. Katelyn's earlier experience includes Conference Planner/Manager at Lasell University and an internship as Director of Special Events & Meetings at Live Nation. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Event Management and a Master of Science in Project Management, both from Lasell University.
