Ken Okubo

Ken Okubo is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in sales and consulting. At Gartner, Ken served as a Sales Recruiter and Talent Sourcer for the Japan GTS Mid-Size Enterprise Team, focusing on recruitment for the sales division. Prior to Gartner, Ken worked at The Adecco Group as a Recruitment Consultant and RPO Recruiter, managing both regular recruitment consulting and RPO operations. Ken also held roles in corporate sales and as a sales specialist at JTB Corp., where responsibilities included business development for sports events and arranging medical conferences. Ken holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Doshisha University and has completed education at Doshisha International High School.
