Kim Hedlin is currently the Director of Business and Technology Insights at Gartner, where they also held roles as a Senior Research Analyst and Senior Research Editor. Previously, Kim was a Graduate Student and Teaching Associate at UCLA from 2011 to 2018, and they served as a Lecturer at the same institution from 2018 to 2019. Kim has experience as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the National Endowment for the Humanities and worked as a freelance writer and editor from 2011 to 2022. They earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Augustana College and a Ph.D. from UCLA.
