Lebena Varghese

Lebena Varghese, PhD, is a Senior Principal Researcher at Gartner, specializing in HR practice research with a focus on CHRO effectiveness. As a social science researcher, they have conducted both quantitative and qualitative research, with past interests in survey methodology and diversity in organizational settings. Their previous roles include serving as a Research Scientist at ACT and a Research Manager at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy. Lebena earned their PhD in Social/I-O Psychology from Northern Illinois University, where they also worked as a Graduate Research Assistant.
