Currently serving as Senior Director, Research - Content Strategy Lead for Heads of Learning & Development and Senior Director of HR Advisory at Gartner, Lee-Anne has also held various director and consultancy positions at Leeway Consulting, 21st Century Legacy, SML Training & Consultancy Limited, and The Changing Space.
