Mackenzie Glava has extensive experience in sales coaching and account management, currently serving as Sales Coach Manager in the Sales Learning and Development team at Gartner since February 2019. Mackenzie has played a vital role in leading Gartner's new hire onboarding program across North America. Previously, Mackenzie held various positions at MSE Strategic Accounts, where responsibilities included connecting C-Level technology executives with Gartner's analyst community and addressing their technology purchasing needs. Additional experience includes a Sales Development role at Beck Technology Ltd and leadership positions within Delta Zeta Sorority. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas.
