Malek Djoudi

Malek Djoudi is an accomplished professional in supply chain management with extensive experience across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Director Analyst of Supply Chain Planning at Gartner since November 2025, Malek previously held significant leadership roles at Pierre Fabre Laboratories as SVP Global Planning & Dermocosmetics BU Operations Lead, where strategic transformations were implemented in the Group Planning Organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Safilo as VP Supply Chain for North America & Global Sport, enhancing sales order fulfillment, and leading initiatives as Global Demand Planning and S&OP Director. Malek's career at L'Oréal spanned various positions, including Head of Supply Chain for the Consumer Division in the Middle East, where significant improvements in forecasting accuracy were achieved. Malek holds an MBA from INSEAD and a MSEE in Computer Engineering from ESIEE Paris, alongside proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
