Mallory H. is currently the Director of HR Systems and Operations - PMO at Gartner, where they lead project management office initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness through strategic data analysis and process improvements. With over three years of experience at Gartner, Mallory has played a pivotal role in collaborating with global teams to execute large-scale change initiatives. Prior to Gartner, Mallory held various project management roles at SHI International Corp., contributing to high-complexity projects and developing new service offerings. They continue to pursue a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Florida State University and study Architecture at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
