Manoj Bhatia

Manoj Bhatia currently serves as a Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, focusing on Telecom, customer experience (CX), and artificial intelligence (AI), providing advisory services to CxOs and senior leaders in enterprises and communication technology providers on business transformation and strategies.
