Mark Carroll has extensive experience in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development & M&A Insights at Gartner since April 2016. Previously, Mark held the role of Vice President of Corporate Development / M&A at Xylem Inc. from September 2011 to April 2016, and prior to that, served as Senior Business Development Analyst / M&A at CH Energy Group Inc. from May 2009 to September 2011. Mark's earlier career includes positions at Morgan Keegan as an Associate in the Telecommunications Equipment Group and a Financial Leadership Development Program participant at Alcatel-Lucent, as well as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers. Mark holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Siena College.
