Mark Horvath

Mark Horvath is the Vice President and Analyst for Quantum Computing, Post-Quantum Cryptography migrations, and Secure Application Development at Gartner, where they craft research that empowers CISOs, CTOs, and IT executives. Prior to their current role, Mark held various positions including Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, Architect for Financial Services and Wealth Management at Cisco, and Director of Internal Support and Quality Assurance at Kurzweil AI. Mark earned a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts and a BS from Pennsylvania State University, and has served as a board adviser at Snowy River.
