Mark Ray

Mark Ray serves as a Research Director at Gartner, where involvement in the IT Sourcing team focuses on research related to IT infrastructure sourcing across all phases of the sourcing life cycle. With a career spanning several decades, Mark has held various senior executive roles, demonstrating extensive expertise in IT strategy, governance, sourcing, vendor management, Request for Response (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) development, response evaluations, contract negotiations, and pricing for services. Mark's experience includes a significant tenure at EDS as a Director and Customer Group Executive. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a BSBA in Management from the University of Florida.
