Mel M. is a highly experienced professional with over a decade in procurement, supply chain management, and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Supply Chain Talent at Gartner, Mel focuses on talent strategy development and executive coaching, helping teams to enhance performance and overcome obstacles. Previously, Mel held leadership roles at Constellation Brands, where they drove value creation and operational excellence for a global procurement spend of approximately $6 billion. Mel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Finance from National Chengchi University and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Michigan.
