Melissa Lin has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Sourcer at Gartner since May 2019 and as an HRBP at Hero Entertainment since November 2020. Prior to these roles, Melissa worked as a Research Associate at CGL Consulting Co., Ltd from May 2018 to February 2019, focusing on Investor Relations and recruitment for senior-level positions in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Corporate Finance. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Melbourne, earned between 2015 and 2017.
