Michael C. Brown

Michael C. Brown is currently a VP Analyst at Gartner, bringing over 40 years of experience in technology acquisition, deployment, operations, and maintenance, with more than 25 years in leadership roles. Prior to this, they held various significant positions including Chief Information Officer at U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Executive Director of the IT Services Office at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. They also contributed to the Naval Ocean Systems Center as an Electronics Technician early in their career. Brown is continuing their education at multiple institutions including Southwestern Community College District and Columbia University - Columbia Business School.
