Michael O'Brien

Michael O'Brien is a Senior Executive Partner at Gartner, where they work with 30 CxOs across various industries to reframe challenges, align teams, and unlock potential. With over a decade of experience at Gartner, Michael has supported more than 75 organizations, co-created the AVIDE framework, and developed a highly rated coaching program for new Executive Partners. Previously, they served as Chief Information Officer and held various leadership roles in IT across multiple organizations, including the Carnegie Endowment and the German Marshall Fund. Michael also volunteers as an Ambassador for World Bicycle Relief, creating a team that has raised significant funds to provide bicycles to girls in Africa.
