Michelle Coster

Michelle Coster, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital accumulation and equity compensation plans. Currently serving as a Director at Gartner since April 2014, Michelle has held several positions within the company, including Associate Director and Senior Manager in Capital Appreciation Plans. Responsibilities include managing the company’s 401(k) Plan, ESPP, stock options, and preparing various financial reports and SEC filings. Prior to Gartner, Michelle worked as a Treasury Analyst at Interactive Brokers and held roles in finance and team leadership at the Town of New Milford and UBS Financial Services. Michelle holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut-Stamford and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Bryant University.
